Feel better fast with step-by-step support for a clear mind and a spring in your step!

Are you one of the rare people willing to examine their lives?

The Mindful Living Course is just for you!

Happiness is not an add on to what you already are.
It requires you to become a different person from the one who set off seeking it.

~ John Tarrant
If you were to look back on your life in 5 or 10 years, what personal progress would you hope to see? How would you accomplish that?

Would you like to explore how to let go of what holds you back from being happy – not Instagram happy, but truly happy regardless of your situation? To do that, we need to dig into some of the important ideas underpinning our lives.

Mindful Living
For example, what is Interbeing?

This was Thich Nhat Hanh’s way of describing the profound concept of dependent arising, which is related to the oft-misunderstood Shunya, or Shunyata.

Why does that matter to you?

Join us for the upcoming Mindful Living Course where you will explore this paradigm-shifting concept and deepen your understanding of how to live in harmony with yourself and the world around you while remaining fully available to life.

The Mindful Living Course will be held over six weekly sessions (with five 30-minute morning practice sessions midway through each class) providing a full context for the quality of mindfulness in which lasting transformation becomes possible.

Although I have always taught Mindful Living according to what I have learned from Thich Nhat Hanh, the course is now designed to be more impactful for everyday life, exploring our choices and habits more explicitly and making whatever changes might be needed to live in harmony and integrity.

The Introductory Session is part of the courseplease watch it here!

The subsequent 6 sessions will focus on the notion of Self and Identity; Perception and Non-violent communication; Compassion and Loving Kindness; Mindful habits and consumption; Dharma and engaging in the world, Clarifying goals and bringing your insight into the world; The importance of practice, sangha, and schedule.

Between weekly sessions, we will also have a weekly 30-minute practice session to reinforce your own daily commitment.

Currently, the schedule as proposed is Sundays from 10:30-12:00 or 14-15:30 CET (sessions may last longer to accommodate all questions) from February 27 to April 3rd. The five practice sessions will be on Wednesdays at a time decided by group consensus. Timings may change to suit the needs of the group.

The fee for the entire course is only €325
Attend the Introductory session before February 22nd to get €30 off!
