Using the practical wisdom of Mindfulness, Ayurveda, and effective personal development tools we will learn how to navigate the changing and often challenging life cycles from the late 30s to the 60s and beyond, enjoying the process and maintaining a healthy hormonal and physical balance.

Our culture is hyper-focused on the appearance of youth and this subtle programming has many of us resisting the adaptations required to thrive as we cycle through the decades. 

Instead of gradually adapting to change, too often we hang on to the same schedule, diet, and way of life we developed in our 20s and 30s. As a result we push against our own nature and best interests, causing mental and physical health imbalances that lead to potentially major consequences.
